Roy E. Duke
Roy Duke is a co-founder of DMA Leadership, LLC where he takes an active role in Learning Strategies and Organizational Management. His passion is to lead organizations to sustained excellence by helping leaders take an active role in building success with passion, people, and planning. Roys strength is in working with people at all levels to find the passion of working to build a high energy high performance organization.
Roy has extensive experience in management and training in various industrial sectors ranging from the freight industry, the military and commercial nuclear power. He believes the key in business success lies in an engaged workforce that has a passion for achieving the impossible.
Roy treasures the power of academic and experiential learning as part of a balanced approach to success. He holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University graduating in 2005 with a 3.98 GPA. He also holds degrees in Organizational Development and Electrical Engineering Technologies to maintain a balanced technical and management knowledge base. Roy loves learning, but more importantly, putting feet to the learning in the business sector through application. He is one of a select few that has obtained a Senior Reactor Operators license in commercial nuclear power for a Midwestern electric utility where he retired with complementary roles in Production and Training.
For Roy, the learning never stops. Every opportunity to apply an out of the box concept for business success excites him. Whether working with a company to assess performance or to elevate the effectiveness of teams through strategic planning, Roy uses a combination of innovation, intuition, and initiative to help groups exceed expectations.
